1. Enquiry

Send your dates, city, package and venue notes via the website booking form or WhatsApp. We confirm availability before any payment.

2. Advance to lock the date

After we confirm availability, pay PKR 10,000 via JazzCash or Meezan Bank and send the receipt on WhatsApp with your booking reference. This reserves the crew calendar for your event days.

3. Cancellation & refunds

7+ days before the first event day: we can usually offer one free reschedule to another open date, or discuss a partial refund case-by-case.
Inside 7 days: advance is generally non-refundable because the team is reserved and other bookings were declined.
If we cancel due to force majeure, we reschedule or refund the unused advance.

4. Remaining balance

Remaining package amount is due as agreed on WhatsApp (typically before or on the event day). Travel or overnight stay for out-of-Multan shoots is confirmed in your quote.
