Different events need different handling. Below is what we shoot most often in Multan and what each one usually needs.

• Birthday parties — kids move fast and light indoors is usually poor. We shoot with off-camera flash bounced off the ceiling so faces stay natural instead of washed out.
• Corporate functions — award moments, handshakes, speaker shots and a clean group photo before people scatter. Delivered fast because marketing teams need them the next morning.
• Conferences and seminars — stage coverage, audience reaction, panel discussions, branding and signage shots for the event report.

How We Work on Event Day

We reach the venue before you do. That gives us time to check the lighting, find the best angles, and photograph the setup while it is still perfect and untouched.

During the event we shoot two ways at once. One photographer stays on the formal moments — the cake, the speeches, the awards — while the other works the room for candids. Guests barely notice the second camera, which is exactly why those photos usually turn out to be the favourites.

For anything happening after sunset we bring our own lighting. Marquee and hall lighting in Multan is almost always orange and uneven, and relying on it is how you end up with photos nobody wants to print.

Delivery Timelines

Corporate clients usually need images quickly, so we deliver a set of 20 to 30 edited highlights within 24 hours of the event. The full edited gallery follows within 5 to 7 working days.

For private events like birthdays, the complete set is normally ready in 5 days. If you need something sooner for a social media post, tell us on the day and we will send a few edited frames the same night.

Event Photography Costs in Multan

Pricing depends on three things: how many hours you need us, how many photographers, and whether you want video as well. A two-hour birthday shoot with one photographer sits at the affordable end. A full-day corporate conference with two photographers, a videographer and a same-day highlight reel is at the other.
