For orders above fifty pieces the price per item drops noticeably. Allow three to five days for large runs and send us the artwork or photographs a couple of days before you need them.

Getting a Good Result

The gift is only as good as the photograph on it. Printing onto a mug or cushion enlarges the image considerably, so anything blurry, dark or heavily compressed becomes obvious.

• Send the original photograph, not a screenshot or a forwarded WhatsApp copy
• On WhatsApp, send it as a document so it is not compressed
• Well-lit photos print far better than dark ones
• For mugs, keep faces near the centre; the edges wrap around and curve
• Tell us if you want text added and we will lay it out and show you a proof

Turnaround and Collection

Single items and small orders are usually ready within 24 to 48 hours. If you need something urgently for the same day, ask — we can often manage it for mugs and keychains.
